Q: How many magnets will each business receive?
A: We will ship up to 50 magnets, free of charge, to any participating business. Usually, most sponsors request anywhere from 20-40 magnets, but our primary goal is to find businesses that have avenues of distribution. This allows us to provide additional magnets to businesses that can display their magnet and help us deliver them to more individuals.
Q: Where will the magnets be distributed?
A: The agency will be distributing the magnet calendars at various locations and high traffic areas throughout the community. We also ship each participating business its own set of magnets.
Q: Will I see what my ad looks like before it is printed?
A: Yes, you will receive a proof of your ad once we finish the artwork approximately three weeks after the sale. You will have two weeks to review your ad space and get back to us with any corrections. Lastly, we will give you a courtesy call before printing to verify your ad content is correct.

A: There are four different ad sizes:
- Single Spot: 2 x ¾ inches
- Double Spot: 2 x 1½ inches
- Feature Spot: 4 x 1½ inches
- Banner Spot: 8 x 1 ½ inches
Q: How can I pay and who do I make the check out to?

Q: When is payment required?
A: We will accept payment at any time but payment is not due until you receive the magnets and invoice.
